Account deletion
Request deletion of your Renovatio: Face Surgery & Aesthetics account and app data. The app is operated by Creativ Digital Limited.
Delete from inside the app
- Sign in to Renovatio: Face Surgery & Aesthetics.
- Open Settings → Delete account.
- Read the confirmation and confirm deletion.
If cleanup is delayed, the app displays a pending state and retries automatically. You may check the status or contact us. Signing out or uninstalling alone does not request deletion.
What is deleted
The Firebase sign-in account and app profile, device notification tokens, uploaded gallery photos, generated photos and videos, thumbnails, gallery descriptions, the My Journey report with its answers and photos, generation jobs, generation cost records and user-linked reports stored in the app database are removed. New generation is blocked once a deletion request is recorded. Running work or a temporary provider/storage error can delay completion; we do not mark app deletion complete until app-media cleanup succeeds.
What may remain, and for how long
- AI request logs: logging is enabled, including for refused photos. AI Studio logs normally expire and are marked for deletion within up to 55 days. Known video interactions/files are submitted for API deletion; known photo-check/image log references are queued for an operator erasure process. App deletion completion is separate from provider erasure. Request confirmation by email. Google may keep separate security/abuse-monitoring data under its terms.
- Deletion/erasure references: completion status is kept for 30 days; provider erasure references for up to 55 days after the request. These references do not contain copies of your uploaded photos.
- Purchase records: limited transaction records may be kept for financial reconciliation, fraud prevention, disputes and applicable legal obligations, only as long as necessary. Account deletion removes your balance and access to unused app credits; it does not automatically refund a Google Play purchase. Contact us about purchase issues.
- Support emails and service-security records: may remain where needed to resolve a request or comply with legal obligations. Copies of content reports already delivered by email may remain in the support mailbox. Request specific erasure details from us.
- Your exports: copies you saved, shared or sent to someone else must be removed separately.
Verification and timing
For email requests, we verify ownership before deleting data. We may ask you to confirm through the registered email or another proportionate method. Never send your password, face photos, identification documents or full card details in the initial request. We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 days and handle verified requests promptly, normally within one month; we will explain any lawful extension or exception. Temporary cleanup failures stay queued for retry.
This deletes your Renovatio app account; it does not delete your Google account. You may also email us to request deletion of specific data without deleting the entire account. Read our privacy policy for processing, retention and privacy rights.
